Your Rooftop Tiki Oasis
Welcome to our first annual Tiki Cocktail Pop-Up Bar on Griff's rooftop patio! From June through September, Griff's Speakeasy transforms into a tropical refuge.
Our outdoor bar becomes a portal to Polynesian paradise, serving up classic tiki cocktails alongside inventive new creations that honor tradition while staying delightfully weird and wonderful. Expect rum. Lots of rum. Plus tropical flavors, elaborate garnishes, and the kind of drinks that require multiple sips to fully appreciate (and possibly a paper umbrella).
Sophisticated enough to maintain our standards, rebellious enough to embrace the absurdity of tiki culture, and playful enough to make you wonder why every season can't feel like this.
